What was the obstacle that would have prevented you from buying The Body Love Project (TBLP) ? 

The obstacle for not buying the body love project was my eating disorder. However, I've been chained by it for so long, I decided to do it anyway. 

What result did you get from TBLP? 

The result so far is a lot more love than I have been giving to myself. It's been really challenging, but helpful so far. 

What specific feature did you like most about the TBLP? 

I liked that it was downloadable so I could access it from my phone.

What are three other benefits from TBLP? 

I loved all of the activities added to the [Body Love] meal plan. I also really liked how it pushed me out of my comfort zone. Finally, it helped me to think outside of myself, and go deeper into the real issues behind my body insecurity, which I've been avoiding for so long. 

Would you recommend TBLP? If so, why? 

Absolutely. It's helped me so much, and I think if it's helped ME, I definitely think that it could help other women who are struggling just like me. 

Is there anything you’d like to add? 

Not really, other than the fact that I'm so grateful to be a part of The Body Love Tribe and have constant support from other women just like me. It's been such a big blessing in my life, and this program was really helpful for me :)

I feel like I stop and appreciate my food, I can look passed my negative thoughts of my body and speak positive words, and that if I had questions Lauren was there to reply.   It taught me about meditation and how to appreciate my body in the mirror.

I also believe that diet culture has really had a negative impact on women and The Body Love project is a way for them to transform their day into positive affirmations.
