I created this challenge because I believe in moving your body. I know there's been many squat challenges but I created mine in a different mindset. I choose to move my body with love. I don't want people to feel forced to do anything they don't actually enjoy. If you hate running then don;t want...if you would rather walk or do yoga then do that. You get to be in charge of how you like to move your body. If you don't like squats then choose an exercise you do like and follow that for 30 days. Moving your body gets to be fun. It gets to be something you enjoy. It gets to be something that makes you feel more energized. It get's to be a positive experience. You get to make that positive experience.
